Multiple voter id cards issued to CPM supporters
The Election Commission had sounded a red alert over the distribution of voter identification cards in West Bengal, for a good reason.
Investigations carried out by Bartaman, the largest selling Bangla Newspaper, have revealed that many CPM supporters have have issued multiple voter id cards. Mr. Abdur Razzak, the bearded person above has an id card declaring him to be voter 148 of booth 413 in the tufangunj constituency, another card shows him to be voter 1012 of booth 152 in the natabari constituency . Mr. Razzak is a member of the CPM's zonal committe and the chairman of the tufangunj panchayat samiti .

this not only in bengal but also all over in each state, that is why in India it not politics, it is vote politics.
